I'm Ronald Conn III, an operator, artist, and systems builder based in Austin, Texas. I've spent years working inside companies as the person who just figured things out and then kept going. CRM builds, Python automation, 3D renders, video production, event design, staff training, inbox management. Whatever the moment required, I handled it. At my peak, I was functionally running 30 different roles inside a single organization.
I started in Detroit, working on film sets and building a creative career that took me from movie productions to graphic design to web development. That foundation gave me range. Over time, the work evolved from making things look good to making entire businesses run better. I identified a compliance bottleneck for a cannabis company and wrote the Python scripts to eliminate it, without being asked. I designed cassette tape dinner menus for a Red Bull private event because it was the right idea and I knew how to execute it. That's the mode I operate in.
